NEC provided our Inmate Services Platform at one of Australia’ largest correctional centres. Our partner's operating model focuses on helping inmates build life skills and prepare for life outside of the centre. Our partner was seeking a platform that was able to evolve and provide the flexibility and contestability to enhance services over time and take advantage of future innovations.
